Joe Manganiello showed off a gorgeous new Dungeons & Dragons table made for him by the Black Forest Wood Co. in a video he posted to Instagram on Saturday.

The 46-year-old actor – whose wife Sofía Vergara revealed as a “nerd” in 2017 – shared a clip of the table’s installation.

The video begins with the star seeing the table and bluntly saying, “Holy shit.”

A member of Canada-based Black Forest Wood Co. said in voiceover that the company was commissioned to build a table for its next D&D campaign.

According to the voiceover, this table was made of Bastogne walnut and had a midnight blue base layer with a clear top layer.

Apparently there were masses of land and water on the table, and the Black Forest team took the table to Los Angeles for delivery.

After opening the table, Joe seemed struck by his beauty and walked around to examine every corner.

When asked if he liked it, the True Blood actor replied, “Yeah, it’s one freakin’ wild man.”

He then went on to name several celebrities he fights with in the fantasy RPG, including Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello, comedian Vince Vaughn, director James Gunn, and Tiffany Haddish.

Vergara made a brief cameo in the video, giving Joe her beloved dog, Bubbles.

He spoke about how many “little nuances” the table had, adding that he was “blown away”.

Joe is a well-documented nerd that his wife Sofía mentioned on a red carpet in 2017.

“The highlight of his life is playing Dungeons and Dragons,” she jokingly said at the time. “He talks with about eight friends… He has a dungeon room downstairs.”

Vergara also opened up about his addiction to the game in 2020 during an interview on The Kelly Clarkson Show when she said he still plays with his crew over Zoom.

“It’s super weird,” she said at the time. “You are really strange.”
