Jackie ‘O’ Henderson joins dating app Hinge to find love after divorce

Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has finally joined a dating app after admitting she hasn’t been on a date in four YEARS after splitting from ex-husband Lee

Jackie ‘O’ Henderson is back in the dating game after a four-year hiatus.

The radio host announced on KISS FM’s Kyle & Jackie O Show on Wednesday that she has set up an online dating account and is ready to get back into the dating pool.

The 47-year-old said she was inspired to get back on the dating scene after watching an episode of The Real Housewives of New York.

“I’ve been watching some old episodes of The Real Housewives – the New Yorkers – and they’re all just dating left, right and center guys! Dates, dates, every night they have dates,” she told Kyle Sandilands.

“I watched it go, ‘This looks kind of funny. Maybe I should go out on a few dates. Now might be the time. “

Jackie then explained that she downloaded the dating app Hinge because her KISS FM radio host Woody Whitelaw – who became engaged to his fiancé Mimi Gibbs in April – had met his partner through the app.

“And so I was like, ‘Yeah, let’s make a hinge profile and just see,'” she added.

Jackie added that she never actually made her account live because she feels her profile’s captions need more work.

The former Masked Singer star’s big news comes just months after she admitted she hadn’t dated in almost four years following her split from ex-husband Lee Henderson.

“I’m definitely not ready other than what I’m about to do right now,” Jackie said on the Something to Talk About podcast in February.

“I just don’t know when I would have the time for it [to date]. I really like being alone now.

She added, “I’ve never been on a date since I broke up with my husband. I’m also really scared to go out and have that first date.

Jackie also credited her KIIS FM co-host Kyle Sandilands and her radio show for helping her get through her breakup.

“In a way, it’s almost my salvation. Kyle is extremely supportive. He knew what was going on before everyone else did,” she explained.

The former Popstars presenter added: “[Kyle] is a safe – he won’t tell anyone.’

Jackie met Lee in 2000 before tying the knot in 2003.

They welcomed daughter Catalina ‘Kitty’ Henderson in late 2010 and announced their separation in October 2018.

They have since finalized their divorce and remain on good terms as they co-parent their 11-year-old daughter.

Lee is believed to be dating martial arts enthusiast Gabriella Motta.

Jackie was previously married to English radio presenter ‘Ugly Phil’ O’Neil for three years until they separated in 1999.
