Ivanka Trump and husband Jared Kushner were spotted outside their luxury Miami home after driving down the street to see the progress of renovations on their new mansion.

The former president’s eldest daughter, 41, and her husband, 42, were seen exiting their car and entering the family home in Arte Surfside, a luxury residential building between Miami Beach and Bal Harbour.

The family’s condo is one of the priciest complexes in Miami-Dade County, with a rooftop tennis court and private pool. Rental rates in the area average $47,000 per month.

But the family is waiting for renovations to be completed on their dream home — a $24 million waterfront mansion on Indian Creek Island, also known as the “Billionaire’s Bunker.”

The duo both wore black sunglasses amid the 80F temperature as they exited their black SUV and headed to their temporary home.

Ivanka was also spotted wearing a red string bracelet, which she’s been sporting on and off for a number of years.

She never spoke of the bracelet’s purpose, but it resembles a type of red cord worn by practitioners of Kabbalah, a variant of Jewish mysticism, to ward off the “evil eye.”

Jared Kushner wore blue shorts and a black t-shirt and a New York Giants cap.

Ivanka and Kushner were both senior advisors to Donald J. Trump’s administration, but relocated to Miami, Florida with their three children after his ex-president’s defeat and departure from office in January 2021.

Following her father’s announcement that he would run again in 2024, Ivanka posted a statement on Instagram that she would not be running in the presidential campaign. Instead, she said she decided to prioritize her family life.

Now, two years later, both seem relaxed as ever when spending time with family and friends in their new community.

Ivanka was photographed enjoying life in the Sunshine State since moving from the nation’s capital.

The 41-year-old fills her days with training sessions with her personal trainer and is regularly spotted in matching tracksuits on her way to and from the gym.

The family is often seen spending their afternoons on a chartered boat in Biscayne Bay, where they swim in the water and go tubing. They regularly take trips to the beach and their kids often have their boogie boards in tow.

The mother-of-three still goes running with her husband, an activity they did together when they lived in New York City. They also enjoy bike rides, golf lessons and long walks with and without their three children.

Ivanka was also spotted with friends in Miami on New Year’s Day playing paddleball, a racquet sport popular in Spain and Latin America.

Earlier this week, insiders revealed that Ivana Trump left her $34 million fortune to Ivanka and her two brothers, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump.

Donald Trump’s ex-wife, 73, was found “unconscious and unresponsive” at the foot of the stairs of her Upper East Side townhouse on July 14, 2022. A coroner ruled that she died from injuries sustained in her fall.

The three children were bequeathed most of their mother’s personal belongings and possessions, including her extensive jewelry and fur collection.

The rest of Ivana’s clothes were donated to the American Red Cross and Salvation Army, while her Yorkshire terrier and $1.1 million Miami condo were left to “friend and former nanny” Dorothy Curry.
