Alec Baldwin’s daughter, who is expecting a baby girl, shared a note Wednesday expressing concerns about the pregnancy.
The 27-year-old star wrote: “Pregnancy is hard. It takes so much from you. I wasn’t ready for that. I’ve always wanted a baby with the right person.’

Ireland prefaced her thoughts with a warning about a vulnerability trigger before opening up about her struggles during her first pregnancy.
She added that she’s found “a lot of solace in unfamiliar corners of social media” and hopes her message will help someone feel less alone when they feel the same way she does.
Ireland noted reading similar notes about it and how “this journey can be tough” which helped her “so much”.
“Pregnancy is tough. It takes so much from you. I wasn’t ready for that. I’ve always wanted a baby with the right person. I grew up with a very deadened notion of what love really looks like and I always wanted to have a child of my own with someone who would treat us right and love us unconditionally,” she said.

The star continued, admitting that “relationships are tough. Breakups are very hard. lose a job. Losing a loved one. Become sick. All of this is extremely difficult. But I underestimated how hard pregnancy would be on my mind and body. As someone who experiences extreme health anxiety on a daily basis, the pregnancy kicked things into high gear,” she wrote.
Ireland explained that she’s “struggled to adjust to these changes,” including “body sensations,” “aches and aches,” and “organs that happen to get s**t.”
Adding: “I know everyone has a very different experience and mine is easy compared to most, but damn it’s a struggle. It’s so hard to have so much pressure on yourself. Forget the physical aspect… I feel like my brain and mind go to war every day. Spiritual warfare.’
Ireland listed all her inner thoughts and struggles: “Just wait until the baby is here, you won’t get any sleep.” b***h I’m not sleeping now. KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT. I am exhausted. I’m unmotivated. I feel like life is passing by and my career hasn’t even started yet. It’s hard to get around here and see mutuals dressing up for events, getting drinks, working on sets, going to school. It’s hard to feel alone.’

Ireland noted that “It’s even harder to watch some of your friends fade or forget how to relate to you. Especially when all you were to her was a drinking buddy and a good time.”
“It’s hard to keep old ones around when they’re so far away. It’s hard when your closest friends have their shit up and you don’t know when it’s a good time to break up with them emotionally. This shit is hard. When people expect you to be radiant and angelic and in a constant state of bliss, sometimes that’s unrealistic.”

Ireland announced the baby news on New Year’s Eve with a picture of their sonogram. RAC, who was born Andre Allen Anjos, and Ireland started dating last year.
Despite being mostly kept out of the limelight in her adult years, Ireland can’t escape being the descendant of two of Hollywood’s biggest stars.
