And Gemma Collins certainly didn’t disappoint as she arranged a very lavish party to celebrate her 42nd birthday on Friday night.
The former TOWIE star, whose birthday is January 31st, got her celebrations off to a flying start as she partied the night away with a huge crowd of friends.

She hosted the star-studded party in a luxury marquee at her £1.3million Essex home, which featured stunning pink and white personalized decorations.
Gemma, aka “The GC”, recruited DJ Fat Tony to perform at her birthday bash, where she partyed with the likes of former X Factor stars Jedward.
She also debuted a striking new look for the occasion, showing off her newly dyed pink tresses, complete with a matching feathered outfit and headpiece.

Gemma took to Instagram all Friday night to share a glimpse of her sensational birthday celebrations with a series of videos and photos.
And earlier in the night, Gemma showed off her brand new look as she dyed her signature blonde tresses pastel pink.
In a stunning snap, Gemma flaunted her brand new birthday look which she styled with a very extravagant feathered headpiece.

Sticking to her color theme, she accentuated her features with a slick of pink eyeshadow and matching lipstick.
She looked glamorous in a black sequined off the shoulder dress with a purple feather trim as she didn’t fail to attract attention.
PARTY WITH FAMOUS COLLEAGUES
A whole bunch of her friends gathered around her to celebrate her big day as she started her festivities a full five days before her birthday.
She was joined by twin brothers Jedward, whose real names are John and Edward Grimes, as they flew over especially for their party.

After landing in England, they said on Instagram: “Gemma we’ve just landed, we’re here in your part of the woods. We are on our way to you.’
The brothers were then seen dancing and partying the night away with Gemma at their lavish party – even taking to the mic to sing the Cold Heart remix by Elton John and Dua Lipa.
Jedward made sure to turn heads as they wore matching sequined leopard print shirts and black trousers for the occasion.
Gemma was also seen kissing one of the brothers on the cheek and letting him wear her extravagant pink headpiece as she took to the dance floor.

The Irish singing duo also took to Instagram to share a snap of the three alongside a sweet birthday message for Gemma.
They wrote: “Happy Birthday to Legendary Jepic Queen Gemma Collins, she’s rocking pink hair now, it’s so her and fully represents her energy and vibes! Super happy to celebrate her birthday.’

However, the highlight of Gemma’s night was arguably DJ Fat Tony’s performance at her lavish event.
Fat Tony, whose real name is Tony Marnach, is best friends with Kate Moss and Boy George and has built a reputation as a fashion DJ.
And Gemma was delighted that the legendary DJ had agreed to headline her birthday party and share a slew of videos from his set.
The excited birthday girl took to Instagram to share a video with Tony, in which she gushed over him, describing it as a “dream come true”.

She said: “Well folks, sorry to quit Gram but Wednesday is my birthday and to celebrate I have the one, the only one, DJ Fat Tony.
“I can’t believe he came here to do my birthday gig. I can’t believe it’s a dream come true!’
Gemma went on to share a series of videos of Fat Tony performing alongside singers like Moni Tivony and drummer Bongo Dan.
Later that night, Gemma took the stage as she introduced Fat Tony to her guests and admitted she never thought he would agree to attend her party.

Alongside a video, she hinted that she could ask the star to perform at her wedding to Rami Hawash, which she is currently planning.
She wrote, “So excited you’re doing the wedding.”

PERSONALIZED DECORATIONS
No party is complete without the incredible decorations and Gemma pulled out all the stops for her birthday as she hosted it in a very glittery marquee.
She took to her Instagram Stories to share videos of the disco decorations, including personalized balloons, candy wagons and a sparkling photo wall.
Gemma enlisted the help of famous balloon artist House of Curran to decorate her marquee and they didn’t disappoint.

At the entrance to the marquee was a stunning mirrored sign that read ‘Welcome to Gemma’s Birthday Party’, set on a gold stand adorned with a mini mirror ball and giant white flowers.
The marquee itself was covered in tiny twinkling lights and featured an illuminated white dance floor, huge speakers and a small stage area.
But the statement feature was a huge shimmering silver sequined wall surrounded by pink balloons and gold disco balls for people to take photos in front of.
