On Monday, the Vancouver Canucks signed the name of masked man Spencer Martin in waivers.

Over the past two weeks, the Ottawa goal tragedy has spread. In addition to Forsberg, goalkeeper Cam Talbot is also out with a lower body injury.

On Sunday morning, Sens head coach DJ Smith announced that Mads Sogaard will be online for Monday night’s game against the Calgary Flames. Quebec’s Kevin Mandolese will support the 22-year-old Danish goalkeeper. The former Cape Breton Eagles were recalled from the Belleville School Club on Sunday.

Additionally, two other skaters saw their names submitted for waivers Monday. That’s Winnipeg Jets left winger Axel Jonsson-Fjallby and Edmonton Oilers center Devin Shore.
