“Injured”, Stéphan Bureau reacts to the many criticisms after his interview with Julien Lacroix – Noovo Moi

After reading the news about him, Stefan responded to the many criticisms of him and released a message of the most sincere apologies.

Since the host does not have any social networks in his name, he published his letter on the LinkedIn platform.

“A quick word for those who were surprised or disappointed by Friday night’s interview with Julien Lacroix.
I spent 36 hours reading the many comments from viewers and found that many judged my work very harshly.
It’s never easy to take criticism, especially when it comes from all sides.
Impossible to deny, as is now apparent to me, I didn’t do my best during this interview.

I found it difficult, if not impossible, to get Julien’s voice, his version of the facts, heard without first going through the wall of fire of the toughest questions.
His own experience, his personal assessment could only be heard after we had initially acquitted ourselves of a rather introspective feedback.
Maybe I abused it?
Worse, I probably looked like a prosecutor.
It’s an attitude I decry in my co-workers and it’s been interfering with my sleep ever since.
I do not aspire to be a conscientious leader as I am not spotless
The opportunity to finally open the discussion on how best to approach these thorny, difficult and, above all, nuanced issues of modern relations between men and women was well missed.
I am solely responsible for this and I blame myself because we had a wonderful opportunity to do so.

I read that I was “full” of myself.
The word hurts, it also sticks.
I didn’t like watching the interview again.

I look forward to doing better
