Speaking of the moment she thought Mitch had been killed by the intruders during a late-night altercation, a shocked Chloe admitted she had been “traumatized” by the incident.

She shared the confronting CCTV vision of two hooded figures sneaking into her driveway at 3am.

The footage was captured on February 25, 2022, but Chloe didn’t publicly address the incident until Monday, May 23.

The couple and their one-year-old son Arti were sleeping upstairs when they heard the sound of people entering their driveway.

Footage Chloe posted to Instagram showed one character breaking into her luxury car while the other opened the front gate before fleeing on foot.

A shirtless Mitch was then seen running down the driveway yelling at the robber as he desperately tried to stop her driving away.

Rather than flee the scene, the brazen criminal attempted to mow Mitch down with the vehicle, then crashed into the family’s outdoor trampoline.

Chloe told her followers that the couple were so troubled by the incident that they packed up and moved to a hotel that night.

“One morning at 3am we were burgled when we were all upstairs,” Chloe explained.

“The footage gives me a real trauma because I was screaming upstairs while not knowing what was happening downstairs.”

Mitch went downstairs and “got her at our house,” the YouTuber said, before describing the confrontation her boyfriend had with “a guy” in her car.

“They got my keys and tried to steal my car while Mitch’s car was in the driveway so they couldn’t get out,” Chloe said.

“It was basically a head-to-head between Mitch and this guy in the front yard… the guy tried to run over Mitch with my car multiple times.

“I thought Mitch was dead in the driveway.”

The couple had completed extensive renovations on the Broadwater mansion and raked in a whopping $900,000 when they sold it three weeks before the auction.

But on Monday, Chloe confirmed the real reason for the sale was the slump.

Sales agent Mitch Lambert said in February that his Monaco Street property received 50 inquiries in the first 24 hours after listing.

Mr Lambert said the house’s popularity was due to the prominent profile of the sellers, the Hamptons-style design and the fact that it’s on a “brand street”.

The two-storey house has five bedrooms, two of them ensuite, four bathrooms, six toilets and a stylish home cinema.

There is also a large balcony off the upstairs master suite, while another bedroom offers views of the nearby park and skyline.
