Ina Garten reveals the time husband Jeffrey Garten mistakenly sent a sexy text message to her publicist

Apparently, the romantic sparks are still flying between Ina Garten and her husband Jeffrey Garten even after almost 54 years of marriage.

During an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, which airs next Monday, the host of the Food Network show Barefoot Contessa admitted that her husband still sends her sexy messages, but that he “gets lost sometimes.”

She then went on to share how he once mistakenly sent one of his racy messages to “the wrong person,” who happened to be her friend and publicist.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Garten was chatting with Barrymore about her husband when the subject of his racy texting mishap with her friend and publicist Kristina Felix came up.

“My dear friend who is also my publicist, he texted her and he meant her for me and he said ‘You’re going to be delicious tonight’ and it went to her,” revealed the 74-year-old garden while laughing.

‘She was like, ‘Woah.’ She sent back, “I don’t think that was meant for me.”

When Barrymore subsequently asked if Felix “blushed bright red” upon seeing the raunchy text, Garten replied, “I didn’t see it, but I’m imagining it.”

Ina’s resume includes work in government, beginning as a low-level assistant and then moving up the political ladder to work at the White House as part of the Office of Management and Budget.
