Confined to A Fazenda 14, Bárbara Borges will not receive the news that her beloved grandmother has died. The decision came from the artist’s family and manager to prevent the woman from becoming destabilized in a final phase of withdrawals due to family issues. After Deolane Bezerra left the reality show for her mother’s health reasons, Pétala Barreiros also left the competition on Monday (5).
Jesus (2018) actress manager Evandro Neves reported the death on his Instagram yesterday. He explained that the woman identified as Anyvan was his wife’s biological grandmother, but Barbara also considered her part of the family. She cheered on the finalist’s victory and prayed for her consistency.
“Our family has decided not to inform Bárbara of the death of our grandmother Anyvan. A very loving person who has been part of our Borges family for over 22 years,” Neves wrote in the statement.
“Bárbara and I always affectionately called her grandmother because we no longer had our maternal and paternal grandmothers. We adopted her as our little voice, and we were adopted as grandchildren forever. She was so loving and devoted that she made a novena for her perseverance. Babi on the show,” he added.
Bárbara’s profile lamented the loss in the publication’s comments: “Today, Céu has gained another precious resident. Grandma Anyvan, dearly loved by the entire Borges family, was a very important person for Babi. Daughter loved by God! “.
With two other casualties in the final days of the record reality show, Iran Malfitano, André Marinho, Bia Miranda, Ellen Cardoso, Pelé Milflows and Bárbara remain. The dynamics this week are expected to be the same: this Tuesday (6th) is field formation and Wednesday (7th) is the Farmer’s Test.
