In Pantanal, Zefa (Paula Barbosa) will return to her decision to wait until after the wedding to commit herself to Tadeu (José Loreto). Despite plans to go to the virgin altar, Maria Bruaca’s exmaid (Isabel Teixeira) will end up giving in to her boyfriend’s pleas and having sex with him in the next few chapters. Tadeu becomes increasingly involved and will also have a serious conversation with her. In an outburst, the worker says that José Leôncio (Marcos Palmeira) doesn’t treat him like a son. As in the original telenovela shown by the defunct TV Manchete in 1990, the two will end the story married. But the ceremony doesn’t take place until the final stage of production, which ends in October.
