The Surete du Québec (SQ) is trying to understand the circumstances of the deaths of two people that occurred late Wednesday night in Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac in the Laurentians.
Police officers from the Lac des Deux-Montagnes intercommunal police department were called to an apartment on rue des Mélèzes at around 11:45 p.m. because of two injuries.
At the scene were an injured man in his seventies and an unresponsive woman in her 30s. This is Kamila Rodriguez Vital De Queiroz.
Shortly after, a 42-year-old man, Jonathan Da Rosa Queiroz, was found in a vehicle with serious injuries. His death was announced at a hospital.

“No other suspects are being sought in this case. On the face of it, it’s adultery,” said agent Marité Bolduc, spokeswoman for Sûreté du Québec (SQ).
Children were in the house at that time. They were entrusted to the Youth Welfare Office (DPJ).
