Scarlett Johansson has revealed a secret about herself that she hopes her children Rose Dauriac, seven, and seven-month-old Cosmo Yost will never find out.
During an episode of The Drew Barrymore Show on Wednesday, the 37-year-old “Black Widow” actress admitted she was ashamed that she started smoking as a teenager.
“My daughter may have asked me this before,” star Lucy admitted. “I smoked when I was younger and I am so ashamed. I just don’t want her to ever think that I ever thought it was cool because she will never, never, ever be able to smoke.

She added, “So yeah, I just hope she never gets it.”
The five-time Golden Globe nominee then joked that when parents “forbid” their kids to “do something,” they don’t.
Answering more questions from Barrymore as they sat down for the Final 5 segment, Johansson spoke about her biggest irrationality and when she feels most competitive.

In addition to acknowledging her earlier fear of never working again after the project was completed, the marriage story provided a rare glimpse into her married life with Colin Yost.
The mom-of-two has revealed she’s getting competitive when it comes to playing backgammon with the 39-year-old SNL star, who she says “annoyingly wins” every time.
“He’ll throw a bunch of takes at the last minute,” she mused, before saying that he also plays on his phone, where he’s learning new “tools” to become even better.
Blast from the past: Drew went on to show a photo used in an SNL episode of Colin’s yearbook, where he had a mushroom haircut and a plaid collar shirt.
“Um, I don’t think so, no,” Scarlett quickly replied if they were dating as teenagers. “First of all, my brother had the same haircut… I just can’t. I don’t mean who chose this haircut as a stylish thing, as a hairdresser, I will try it.”
During the episode, Johansson admitted that despite her attraction to Yost, they probably wouldn’t have dated in high school after seeing his hilarious yearbook photo.
Showing her a photograph of her teenage husband with mushroom hair, Barrymore asked, “Okay, so High Schooler ScarJo would fit High School Colin?”
“Um, I don’t think so, no,” said Scarlett hastily. “First of all, my brother had the same haircut… I just can’t. I don’t mean who chose this haircut as a stylish thing, as a hairdresser, I will try it.”
“I mean, he’s a really nice guy, but the other time I was there, I had a different relationship… this time the timing was right,” she said. “I think he looked at me differently because I was available, it just had to be the right time.”
“I think I’ve definitely been in a relationship where the time wasn’t right and sometimes it was a good person, but the time is up and it’s important to be open to that too,” she added.
Colin and Scarlett first met in 2006 while she was on SNL, but really hit it off years later when she returned as an MC in 2017.
“I mean, he’s a really nice guy, but the other time I was there, I had a different relationship… this time the timing was right,” she said. “I think he looked at me differently because I was available, it just had to be the right time.”
She was previously married to Ryan Reynolds from 2008 until their divorce in 2011 and Romain Dauriac from 2014 to 2017.
Johansson and Doriak share the responsibility of raising their daughter Rose.
“I think I’ve definitely been in a relationship where the timing wasn’t right… and sometimes it was a good person, but the time fell out and it’s important to be open to that too,” she added.
