Cracco’s dish – The press conference to launch this year’s edition was attended by, among others, Alessia Cappello, Councilor for Economic Development and Labor Policy in charge of Commerce, Fashion and Design of the City of Milan, and four of the most famous protagonists of the Italian gastronomic scene: Andrea Aprea, Enrico Bartolini, Massimo Bottura and Carlo Cracco (the latter co-author with Luca Sacchi of this year’s “Avocado, Kiwi and Coriander” icon dish).

On Saturday, January 28th, at the Spazio Arena, 10 young talents will try their hand at preparing their signature dish, which will be judged by a jury composed of 5 top Italian chefs: Andrea Aprea, Donato Ascani, Giuseppe Iannotti, Viviana Varese , Jessica Rosval , to choose the young chef who will represent Italy at the international finals.
