Mark Wright broke down in tears while performing live on This Morning on Thursday as he recalled trying to save a man’s life in a shocking incident.

The former TOWIE star, 35, told how he tried to revive a man at a hotel where he was on holiday but unfortunately it was too late to keep him alive.

Mark explained that he and his wife Michelle Keegan arrived in Tenerife for their trip and a woman spoke to him “excitedly” about her husband collapsing.

Recalling the incident, Mark got emotional, saying “I did what I could – he was there for a while before I got there.”

“He wasn’t necessarily alive when I resuscitated him, but putting him on life support did allow the ambulance a few breaths

‘He was not pronounced dead while in my hands.’
