Castaldo, 71, appeared to perform some dance moves in homage to Australia’s famous song and dance man.

The pair were having fun on the road when Jackman went to the Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway to tape his performance on The Late Show with Steve Colbert.

Dressed for New York’s chilly winter weather, the Wolverine star looked chic in fitted gray pleated trousers, a purple top and a blue longline zipped coat, which he paired with a pair of black lace-up runners.

A familiar figure on the streets of New York, the bearded Castaldo wore jeans, a large puffy jacket, sneakers and a red baseball cap.

Castaldo is known for his photo ops with well-known celebrities.

A former homeless person in New York City, he has now made over 100 cameo appearances in films and television shows.

He is nicknamed Radioman because he usually wears a radio around his neck.

He has appeared on 30 Rock, The Departed, The Bourne Trilogy, Shutter Island, Just My Luck, Romance & Cigarettes, Elf, Two Weeks Notice, Glitter, Keeping the Faith, Godzilla, Ransom and Big Daddy.

It comes after Jackman’s run as the star of Broadway hit The Music Man ended on January 15.

Jackman was nominated for a Tony Award for his critically acclaimed lead role in the hit series.

Considered Broadway’s most prestigious award, the Tony Awards are American theater’s version of the Oscars.
