The actor, who last played Deadpool in 2018, explained: “I had to dig into my soul for this movie. Of course, his first appearance in the UCM has to be something special. After an exciting dissertation on the preparation and the very hard training he goes through to interpret his character, the surprise comes with the appearance of his colleague and the revelation of his participation in the film. Then the Deadpool logo “scratched” by the mutant’s claws appears in full force and there’s also a theatrical release date set for September 6th, 2024.

He made his first appearance as Wolverine in “X-Men” (2000). Subsequently, the character was the protagonist of “X-Men 2” (2003) and “X-Men – Final Conflict” (2006) as well as in “X-Men – Days of a future past” (2014). Logan’s story continued as a spin-off in X-Men Origins – Wolverine (2009), Wolverine – The Immortal (2013) and Logan – The Wolverine (2017).
