The actress Laura Dianne Vandervoort played the role of the character Kara Kent, who super girl from “Smallville: The Adventures of Superboy”.

Vandervoort started his career at the age of 12. Although she considered herself clumsy and shy, she was already doing small family presentations and had the opportunity to work as an extra, launching her professional career in children’s series and films on Disney Channel.
After starring in Instant Star, she rose to prominence and appeared in other leading roles until joining the cast of Smallville.
