Putin has come under increased scrutiny since he launched the war in Eastern Europe and raised World War III concerns with his invasion of Ukraine. Another clip, which also questioned his health, showed the uncertain leader’s hand shaking as he met his brutal fellow Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko. Putin has even been seen abandoning his masculine image to wear a blanket over his legs, while no other Russian official found it necessary in Moscow’s 9C climate.
