On the other hand, representatives of the Central Military Commission and Ministry of Defence, the Central Commission of Public Security and Ministry of Public Security, the Party Committee, the People’s Committee and the People’s Council of Hanoi also posthumously paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh and the martyrs.
