The 30-year-old model and actress were wheeled around London Heathrow Airport after landing in the early hours of Thursday.

She stuck to sensible housing after her accident and kept her Prada bag as she was wheeled through the arrivals hall.

Before catching her flight, Hayley told her Instagram followers what had happened and revealed she only had one day to get to London from Mexico to film a secret project.

“Packed everything, ran to the airport and because I was running to my gate, I tripped and fell and someone hit me and I sprained my ankle and missed my flight,” she explained.

She added that she requested wheelchairs on her connecting flight through Boston and in London so she could support her ankle and wear heels for her television project in London.

Hayley, who competed on Celebrity X Factor in 2019, has revealed she felt “empowered” by being able to celebrate and showcase her body as she starred topless for Playboy magazine – the first plus-size model who did this.

“In the beginning there were parts of me like ‘oh playboy…’ and then I was thinking and I was like ‘oh cool!’ I get to do this movement for curve women during a global pandemic and let them know they have every right to celebrate their bodies.

“Looking at these images, I have to say that there were definitely moments on set where I was worried because it was my first time doing something like this.

“It was one of those moments where you had a thought bubble and this apprehension — but then that positive thought came back and said, ‘Wait a minute, that’s the whole reason you’re here today.’
