Gwyneth Paltrow will appear as a guest shark in the upcoming season of Shark Tank

Gwyneth Paltrow will be guest shark in the next season of the show Shark Tank.

The 49-year-old Goop founder will be appearing in the show’s 14th season, ABC announced on Wednesday.

It is the actress’ first appearance on the show.

Season 14’s other guests include actress Emma Grede, co-founder of Good American, founding partner of Skims and co-founder of Safely.

DoorDash co-founder and COO Tony Xu will also appear on the show, as will Peter Jones from BBC show Dragon’s Den.

Also featured as guests are Daniel Lubetzky, founder of Kind and co-founder of Somos Foods, and Kendra Scott.

Shark Tank Season 14 airs Friday, September 23 on ABC.

Returning Sharks include Barbara Corcoran, Mark Cuban, Daymond John, Kevin O’Leary and Robert Herjavec.

It started as a weekly email newsletter and grew into a website and ecommerce site.

Last week, Gwyneth enjoyed spending time in New York City with her oldest child, Apple.

The star and her daughter, 18, enjoyed a meal at Via Carota and The Grill NY and some shopping at the John Derian Company.
