Gwen Stefani says God brought her to Blake Shelton, it was a ‘miracle situation’ that shocked her

Gwen Stefani never thought she would fall in love again after splitting from husband Gavin Rossdale, father of their three children, in 2015.

In fact, the 53-year-old No Doubt frontwoman would never kiss another man again, she told The Drew Barrymore Show.

But then the songbird met 46-year-old country music superstar Blake Shelton and fell in love with what she believes was a God-made arrangement.

“God just put us together,” said the blonde bombshell, best known for the single “Don’t Speak.”

Drew started the conversation by asking, “You’re about to celebrate your two-year anniversary with Blake Shelton.”

Gwen then said, “God just put us together. It was one of those miracle situations where I didn’t see it coming, I was like, ‘I’m going to wake up every day, I’m going to have a coffee, I’m going to take care of my kids, and then I’m like, ‘I’m going to go to bed.’

Stefani also said she doesn’t know if she would do well on The Voice if she auditioned.

“I would never get my turn, no way, because that’s the thing about The Voice, the whole thing is just, it’s very different than watching someone sing a song and that’s the whole point “You’re eliminating any of that. Those other sensory things, you just hear the voice,” she noted.

“And I feel like my voice was, it’s like a character voice.

“Some of these singers are so technically amazing that they come on the show, they’re so gifted as a singer so I don’t know if I would defecate on a show like The Voice as I feel like I could get someone to listen to it on the radio, but it’s just different…”
