Ellie Warner is leading a campaign to help people with brain injuries after her partner Nat Eddleston fought for his life following a car accident in March.

The Gogglebox star’s partner suffered a fractured neck and back, two collapsed lungs and was on life support following the March 18 horror tragedy.

The 31-year-old, who is raising funds for brain injury charity Headway, shared a post on Facebook to urge friends and family to donate.

Nat, who appeared on the show with Ellie during the Covid-19 lockdown, was drinking at his local pub before the collision, which happened just after midnight.

The car’s windshield was said to have been smashed and the roof crushed in the incident, with the vehicle reportedly continuing 100 meters before stopping.

There were fears Nat would remain brain damaged and spend weeks in intensive care – but he is now on the mend and was recently spotted wanting to wear a head brace.

In a message posted to Facebook, Ellie – who has appeared alongside sister Izzie on the hit Channel Four show for the past five years – revealed details of her crusade to help others.
