The information was released by Page Six this Wednesday (2). A source explained the situation exclusively to the publication. Until then, it was not known exactly how the division of the couple’s mega fortune would be done and if there was a welldefined prenuptial agreement.

“Before they married in 2009, there was a strict prenuptial agreement,” the insider assures, adding, “They both have their own separate businesses, so the division of their wealth ended up not being that complicated. The only other important factor was the allocation of their huge real estate portfolio.”
The source adds that the terms of the huge real estate portfolio have already been settled ahead of the court filing.
The 45yearold is believed to keep the $17 million mansion currently under construction in Miami. They bought the property in 2020 and demolished it.

Meanwhile, the 42yearold Brazilian supermodel bought a modest threebedroom, threebathroom condo in Miami Beach for $1.25 million. Sources say she will likely use this property as an office and that she has also acquired another larger home in the area. Gisele will keep her home in Costa Rica, a frequent destination for her with her children.
Sources also say the millionaire couple will retain joint custody of the children. They have been married since 2009 and have two children: Benjamin (12 years old) and Vivian (9 years old). Also, Tom is the father of Jack (15 years old) from his previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan.
