The mysterious illness that left Gemma Collins on an IV was clearly over as the TV personality helped fiancé Rami Hawash celebrate his 49th birthday on Wednesday.
Performing in central London, the 41-year-old TV personality was full of energy ahead of a dinner with the Essex-based garage owner at upscale bar-restaurant Sexy Fish in Mayfair.
Complimenting her figure in a black silk dress, Gemma caught the eye as the couple headed to the popular Asian restaurant.

The pair were joined by close friend Jonathan Cheban while enjoying drinks at the venue before boarding a passing rickshaw for the neighboring Russian restaurant Novikov.
Although it was Rami’s big day, it was Gemma who was on the verge of a romantic gesture when her fiancé gave her a freshly cut red rose, which she held as she walked across Berkeley Square.
The former TOWIE actor seemed to appreciate the gift and returned it by kissing Rami on the lips as they walked from one venue to the other.

Gemma has been forced to seek urgent medical attention after collapsing while filming in Wales earlier this month.
The former TOWIE star explained how she became “really unwell” with a mysterious virus, with her fiancé Rami Hawash fearing he would have to take her to the hospital.
In conversation with OK! Magazine, she said her “body didn’t get any of it” after suffering a bout of illness combined with a heavy workload.

Gemma was previously diagnosed with an underactive thyroid and said she felt “very unwell” during a recent filming stint in Wales.
She said: “I was so ill I can’t tell you. My workload was very heavy, but I had a virus. I was really, really, really unwell. I literally had to film in Wales and I felt really bad.
“I had to call the doctor and the doctor said to me, ‘Look, I’m going to give you medicine, but I actually think this is a virus and it won’t work.’

Gemma said she tried to continue working but her body “didn’t have any of it” and she took an IV drip to ease her symptoms.
“This time my body had none of it. Basically I’ve been on drops. Rami almost had to take me to the hospital on Saturday night because I collapsed on the floor,” she explained.
Gemma recently shared photos of drops placed on her arm on Instagram as she continues to battle symptoms.

Gemma has lost an impressive 3.5 stone after breaking fad diets thanks to her dedicated exercise regimen and healthy diet. She recently revealed that her salad consumption “borders on a Kardashian.”
Speaking exclusively to Web, Gemma said that despite her health boost, she still loves “what her mum gave her”.
Speaking of her healthier diet, the star said: “I think it’s all about being happy, now I manage my day and make sure I eat breakfast in the morning.
“I crammed into a Kardashian the moment I ate so many Caesar salads.”
