Gabrielle Union and husband Dwyane Wade look like the happy couple over dinner

Gabrielle Union, 50, exuded showbiz glamor as she arrived at Craig’s restaurant in West Hollywood on the arm of her husband Dwyane Wade, 41.

They had just attended the Truth Be Told season 3 premiere on Thursday. For her second look of the day, Gabrielle wore a trendy oversized blue and white pinstripe blazer paired with stonewashed jeans and black heels.

This comes after she clapped at critics who slammed her for feeling “entitled” to cheating on her ex-husband Chris Howard because she was making more money than him.

The Breaking In star styled her tresses in an elaborate updo and added flair with diamond encrusted earrings.

Dwyane and Gabrielle locked eyes lovingly and beamed as the photographers snapped before enjoying dinner.

Wade, a former NBA player, looked sharp in a charcoal suit worn by Prada over a black turtleneck.

Earlier in the day, the beauty slipped into an elegant strapless floor-length gown that fitted perfectly to accentuate her enviably petite figure as she posed on the red carpet alongside Oscar winners Reese Witherspoon and Octavia Spencer.

At the event, Union spoke to Entertainment Tonight about the eyebrow-raising comments she made on Dax Sheppard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast earlier this month.

The actress explained that during her previous marriage to NFL player Howard from 2001 to 2006, she “paid all the bills” and felt “entitled” to cheating on him.

“I worked my ass off and I had a feeling this was coming [with it]’ Union said.

Calling infidelity “the spoils of wealth”, Gabrielle said: “Like my father before me, whoever has most can do as he pleases, I thought.”

Describing himself at the time as “craving validation,” Union went on to explain, “Having certain types of guys who like me and want me … made me feel worthy and good and valuable and deserved.”

Speaking to ET’s Nischelle Turner, Union dismissed any criticism of her behavior as an example of unequal gender expectations.

Union speculated that “people were really angry that a woman would dare to be just as dysfunctional as a man”.

Commenting on joining Truth Be Told, the Bring It On star said, “The show takes place in the Bay Area and this season is specifically about the sex trafficking of young black and brown girls.”

Season 3, which premieres Friday on AppleTV+, sees Union as a school principal who teams up with Octavia’s character, who deals with the case of several missing teenage black girls that have been ignored by the media.
