Florida’s mom says she’s suing sons’ school for denying her grounds because she’s on ONLYFANS

A Florida mother has filed a lawsuit against her sons’ school board after she revealed her presence on OnlyFans and banned her from school grounds and field trips.

Victoria Triece, 31, can support her two children through the adult site and claims she did it so she could participate in her child’s life without being hampered by a 9-5 job.

Triece – who has nearly 150,000 Instagram followers, 272,000 TikTok followers and 32,000 on Twitter – has sued her for violating her rights to free speech, freedom of association and her right to privacy.

She claims a member of the Orange County school board circulated photos from the account to school staff back in 2021.

Sand Lake Elementary School banned her from volunteering after she had served five years and passed all other background checks.

“I’ve been humiliated, and I shouldn’t be, and nobody else should be worried about what another parent is doing,” Triece told NBC6. “I just love spending time with my kids and I have a great relationship with other parents and students.”

Speaking to on Saturday, Triece’s attorney Mark NeJame said the school board is acting like the “morality police,” comparing it to a parent who hunts endangered species or cheats on their spouse.

“If a teacher or a parent had an adulterous relationship, many would see that as far less moral,” NeJame said. “Does that mean that parents and teachers who have broken their marriage vows shouldn’t be around children, is that immoral?”

He also claimed that Triece knew other Orange County parents involved with the adult site and said that most of the feedback he received about the suit was supportive.

“The obvious purpose of trying to rally support [the school board] boomerang on them at the end,” added NeJame. “They went ahead and distributed this with nothing but malicious or malicious intent. All it would do was cast a scarlet letter at her. We’ve dealt with it. ‘

Photos and videos of Triece show her in her underwear and hugging another scantily clad woman on a bed, although she insists she never behaved inappropriately while working at the school.

The sex worker had helped organize class parties and lab work for her older son’s class, something she has wanted to do since becoming a mother, and is outraged by the ban as she wanted to emulate her mother, who did the same for her as a child.

The sex worker had helped organize class parties and lab work for her older son’s class, something she’s wanted to do since becoming a mother and is outraged by the ban.

“I don’t think any mother, no father, no one in the position that I’m in should go through that,” Triece told Fox 35 Orlando. ‘[To] Being told what you do in your private life will affect you when you see your children in any area. It’s just a, morally it’s just wrong.’

NeJame noted that the controversy hasn’t stopped her from helping her children’s school, having bought supplies for teachers who couldn’t afford them but could only give to someone on the school’s doorstep.

“They accept these donations willingly and happily, but they say she is not allowed to be there,” he added.

While they are demanding as much as an Orange County jury will award them in monetary damages — the original lawsuit was for $1 million — the attorney plans to file the lawsuit as a warning to other parents who may face it in the future.

“All things are on the table when the school board acts sensibly. She knows several people from the school system who are on OnlyFans. What does that do to them?’

“Her concerns were that she wants to enjoy being with her children again and she wants to make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone to make sure others are able to not deal with it.”

A spokesman for the district schools said they would not comment on pending litigation.

Triece said she never dressed inappropriately while volunteering at the elementary school, as since she was fired a handful of parents have reached out to her to show their support.

According to her attorneys, she was still allowed to accompany field trips but not volunteer on campus.

Triece created her OnlyFans page over two years before the news broke and had even promoted the page on her public Twitter account, created back in 2016.

“One minute of my work a day isn’t my whole life, it’s not my life as a mom or a parent,” she added.

“I think everyone’s just floored because they’re like, ‘We know you, we know who you are.

Triece is one of several recent online adult entertainers to have been publicly shamed for their work. A Sacramento mom told the press in February that her children were being expelled from a local Catholic school after a “mean mom” discovered her OnlyFans page.
