Fred Sirieix showed off his incredibly ripped torso while working out on an exercise bike when the shirtless star shared a video on Instagram on Tuesday.

It comes just a day after the daughter of 50-year-old First Dates star Andrea, 17, took home a gold medal for mixed diving at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

He went shirtless while wearing just a pair of black shorts, while confessing in his caption that he’s “grateful to be here” and “don’t know how much time he has left”.

The TV personality wrote in full, “Every day I wake up feeling lucky and grateful to be here. I don’t know how much time I have left on my watch.

“That’s why I always do everything to make the best of it. To enjoy and have fun (and be good). And spend time with the ones I love. And today is a new day. A whole life to yourself.

“So after my ☕️ I got on the exercise bike to get a good sweat before going to work. I still compete with the kids and think I can win.

Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix contributed to her medal tally on the final day of Monday’s Commonwealth Games.

She has already managed to bag a silver medal in the 10m synchronized platform event and gold in the 10m platform jump event.

Andrea won another gold when she and partner Noah Williams won the mixed event. Their fifth and final dive was rated a 74.88 for a total of 333.06, setting them apart from the rest.

The pair’s England team-mates Kyle Kothari and Lois Toulson took silver in this category.

Andrea looked shocked at her win and gave Noah, Kyle and Lois hugs as they celebrated England’s first and second place finishes.

Her proud dad, First Dates star Fred, 50, showed his support as he tweeted a photo of a young Andrea, telling his followers: “One more nudge my love. Mixed #diving synchro at 11.20!’

After the results, he took to Twitter again and wrote: “It’s gold in mixed #diving #10m #platform #synchro I’m crying! Andrea and Noah all the best to you both.”

The win helped lead Team England to their highest-ever Commonwealth Games medal tally, beating Glasgow’s 174 tally.

Andrea, who celebrated her success with a belly dive into the pool, said: “I’m very honored to have been part of this team, it was extremely strong and we showed everyone how strong we are.

“I came here with no expectations, I just wanted to have fun and improve all my dives. I’ve decided to train even harder than I’ve been doing for the past few months and it’s definitely worked.

“I’m not going to put any pressure on myself. External pressure or not, internal pressure is what breaks you down.’

Regarding the belly punch, the teen added: “I told Noah if we do well we can all belly punch (to celebrate). So I got Kyle, Lois, me and Noah and said come on boys let’s go and belly flops.

“They didn’t really know what was going on, but we had fun and it was the perfect way to end the competition.

“Now we have Europeans so I’ll focus on that, after that I’ll take a break, have my summer holiday and come back even stronger.”

Andrea was one of the stories of the games, with father Fred, the maitre d’ on Channel 4’s first dates, promising to take his daughter to New York after her first gold medal.

Fred was there when she won silver on Saturday and photographed his daughter from the sidelines at the Sandwell Aquatics Centre.

Andrea and her partner alongside Eden Cheng grabbed 76.80 pike 76.80 on their final jump with two and a half back flips and a twist and a half, for a final score of 298.86.
