Drake only wins ONE of his seven Super Bowl bets…but still manages to turn in $512,000 in profit

Drake only wins ONE of his seven “psychotic” Super Bowl bets… but still manages to earn a whopping $512,000 in profit after raking in $1.5 million in a Kansas City Chiefs win

Drake placed seven massive bets at Sunday’s Super Bowl and walked away with a handsome win despite a 14% win rate.

The Canadian rapper wagered a total of $965,000 on the bets and won $1.477 million for a total profit of $512,000, all of which came from the Chiefs winning the game.

Drake celebrated on Instagram, posting a story of Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce celebrating, with the caption: “Pay this man his MONEY Eddie @Stake.”

The ‘Laugh Now Cry Later’ artist took to Instagram on Thursday night to show off his picks for the Chiefs-Eagles game which Philadelphia was set to win by 1.5 points but ended up winning 38-35 against the top-flight Chiefs offense lost.

“My psychotic bets for Sunday are in @stake,” he wrote under the post. ‘Please don’t analyze the logic behind these bets, there isn’t any.’

Drake bet $700,000 on the Chiefs to win the title before participating in some “smaller” prop bets.

He wagered $50,000 each on Patrick Mahomes and Juju Smith-Schuster scoring the Chiefs’ first touchdown, while also betting the same amount on the Chiefs winning both halves.

Kansas City was a worrying 24-14 down at halftime, with Jalen Hurts looking unstoppable under center for Philadelphia. Although Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes controlled the second half and outplayed the Eagles 24-11.

Drake wagered $30,000 on the Chiefs’ win each quarter, while he wagered $25,000 on Travis Kelce being named Super Bowl MVP and $60,000 on the honors winner having a close finish.

Patrick Mahomes finally took home his second Super Bowl MVP honor after a game-winning 21/27 for 182 yards and three touchdowns.

It’s not the first time that the musician, whose real name is Aubrey Graham, has attracted attention with his bold bets.

Last month, he scored a $2 million payout by placing a $1 million win bet on the Chiefs to beat the Bengals in the AFC Championship. However, there were also great losses.

In December, Drake wagered $1 million on Argentina beating France in regulation in the World Cup final. Unfortunately, Lionel Messi & Co defeated the French in a dramatic penalty shootout.

Additionally, in November, he threw down $2 million worth of Canadian dollars for Israel Adesanya to win UFC 281 against Alex Pereira, who won by KO in the fifth round.
