Diana, you recently mentioned that you started out as a waitress in New York. Is this your first time in this area?
I used to work at another restaurant in Manhattan as a “hostess” (hostess) but this new job which is very small is close to where I live and I handle the box, I answer the phone to take orders and to make reservations, I visit the tables, I order everything I’m over a month old and I’m fine.

Have you been criticized for your work?
No, on the contrary, I always get nice comments, but some are surprised and say: “Do you work as a waitress?”, “Aren’t you sorry after you worked (on TV)?”. But no, on the contrary, I feel happy because I feel like I’ve started to open my mind to do different things. Also, I’m going to do a certification this year.
What is the certification about?
I’ll share it with you later but it’s something I really like and I think I’m very good at it. I am very fortunate, this year I have multiple goals to accomplish and am trying to achieve all of our goals as a couple and family with Dan.
Is it true that you will soon be spending your vacation in Peru?
Yes, I’ll go first and then come Dan and Dash (his little dog). After a while of not seeing my family due to the situation, I was afraid for the airport, but I will spend time with my family, I will also do a “sale” and sell some products. I will be like a business woman and have a good time with family, I miss them a lot.
