Deadline has revealed that Sony PlayStation Productions is developing one Film dedicated to Days Gonethe open world action game from Sony Bend Studio.
It is explained that Sam Heughan, known from Outlander, could be part of the project. Customization is managed by Sheldon Turner (Everest, Moral Love). Jennifer Klein and Turner are producers of their own company, Vendetta Productions. Asad Qizilbash and Carter Swan are producers for Sony PlayStation Productions.
The Scottish actor Heughan played Jamie Fraser in 75 episodes of Outlander. He is cast in Liman’s upcoming movie Everest and Jim Strouse’s It’s All Coming Back to Me.
The protagonist of Days Gone
Last days follows the story of Deacon St. John, a former soldier turned bounty hunter. The protagonist lives in a post-apocalyptic world decimated by a plague that has turned humans into zombie-like ones. The story revolves around the loss of his wife: the man has not yet found peace with what has happened and lives in confusion.
Days Gone places us in a large open world divided into regions and allows us to explore on our bike, becoming a second fundamental character for our survival. It can improve motorcycleget new weapons and face hordes of zombies consisting of dozens and in some cases even hundreds of creatures.
PlayStation is also working on a Ghost of Tsushima movie that will be shot with an all-Japanese and Japanese-speaking cast.
