The Love Island winner, 28, laughed at the show’s “boring” bane and says things are better than ever between her and the Italian businessman, 28, as he keeps her so busy with her training ahead of ITV’s launch show this weekend.
Amid her grueling rehearsals to perfect her moves with pro partner Brendyn Hatfield, Ekin shared how Beau Davide was on hand to provide her with soothing “foot massages and Epsom salt baths” as he wants her to “smash it”!
So in love: Ekin-Su Culculoglu has revealed her training for Dancing On Ice has made her relationship with Davide Sanclimenti ‘stronger’
Speaking to Web and other media outlets about how much her partner was there for her, Ekin-Su said, “He was very supportive.
“He put salt baths Epsom salt baths in the bathtub for me, made sure I’m home, my body is relaxed, nice foot massages, nice back massages, nice healthy nutritional meals… Yes, he really supports me!
“He wants to smash it, he really does.”
When asked about the alleged Dancing On Ice curse – which has seen several contestants split from their partners over the years – Ekin-Su insisted there was nothing to worry about.
All good: The Love Island winner, 28, laughed at the show’s ‘boring’ bane and says things are better than ever between her and the Italian businessman, 28, as he’s been so supportive with her training
The actress, who recently sparked engagement rumors to Davide, said: “Boring! I say boring to this idea [the curse] because it made our relationship much stronger.
“It’s really crazy. Like this show made us stronger, made us love each other more, because I have this passion, I have this trait that I’m always doing something that I love and that’s really attractive to a person anyway.
“So it’s great. I’m glad I’m doing it, no regrets at all. See you later for the curse!’
Beautiful: Amid her grueling rehearsals to perfect her moves with pro partner Brendyn Hatfield, Ekin shared how Beau Davide was on hand to provide her with soothing “foot massages and Epsom salt baths” (pictured with Brendyn)
Supportive: “He put salt baths Epsom salt baths in the tub for me, I made sure I was home, my body relaxed, nice foot massages, nice back massages…”
It comes after Ekin-Su revealed she already has some skating experience before taking part in the next series, which starts next Sunday.
The Love Island star also claimed one of her strengths is “very competitive”.
Admitting that she used to skate, Ekin-Su said, “I used to skate when I was a kid, but it’s been ages since I’ve skated, you forget, right? During the pandemic I forgot how to walk because we were stuck indoors for two years!”
The reality star, who is paired with Brendyn Hatfield, said: “I’m very competitive. So if I have to rehearse for two hours, I’ll be there for four – I’ll aim for the sky!
Devoted: “This show made us stronger, made us love each other more, because I have this passion, I have this trait that I’m always doing something that I love and that’s really attractive to a person.”
“My strengths would be that I am competitive, passionate and quick to learn moves. My weaknesses would be thinking too much and getting impatient. If I can’t do something, I’ll try and try until I can.’
When asked if it was one of the scariest things she’s ever done, Ekin-Su replied, “I’ve never been scared in my life, I’ve never been nervous in my life, I’ve always been confident. I think the only time I would be nervous would be the final. I know I’m going to fall and hurt myself because in life you fall and hurt yourself. I’m done.
When asked if she’s in it to win it, Ekin-Su said, “Yes, I am, otherwise I won’t do it. I don’t mind going home early, but my mind doesn’t work that way. When I do it, I give 100 percent. I will believe in myself, I believe in myself so much.”
