Cuban Government Congratulates Kingdom of Morocco on Throne Party

Rabat, July 30 (RHC) Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel sent a message of congratulations to His Majesty Mohammed VI, King of the Kingdom of Morocco, on the occasion of the celebration of the Feast of the Throne this Saturday.

The Cuban President reaffirmed the will to further develop friendly relations and cooperation between the two nations.

For his part, Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez conveyed his cordial congratulations to Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita, to whom he expressed the desire to strengthen friendly and cooperative relations between Cuba and Morocco.

Havana and Rabat resumed diplomatic relations on April 21, 2017, guided by the mutual desire to develop friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries in the political, economic, cultural and other fields.

The Feast of the Throne is an annual national celebration of the Moroccan people to commemorate the enthronement of the reigning sovereign. (font: Latin Press).
