The Labor Party of the ruler of Antigua and Barbuda won 1,295 votes to 621 for Alister Thomas of the main opposition United Progressive Party.
Browne, 55, aspires to be the first Executive leader to win three consecutive general elections; 60,916 Antigua and Barbuda residents were called up to participate in the renewal of the Senate and House of Representatives.
