The man, who probably cannot bear the idea of being sentenced and imprisoned, has chosen to poison himself before anyone else. Leclair had just received verdict on five counts of sexually assaulting a child, the Denton Record-Chronicle reported. However, the accused had always declared his innocence and felt that the allegations received were unfair.
