Married to one of football’s biggest stars, she has a designer wardrobe to match.

But that didn’t stop Coleen Rooney from sporting the same pair of shoes she wore to her husband Wayne’s 18th birthday party in 2003.

The 36-year-old Scouse beauty took to Twitter on Saturday to share a stunning snap of her in a busty red dress before heading to a party a week earlier.

Posing for a mirror selfie on the steps of their £20million Cheshire home, WAG looked nothing short of sensational in the mini dress.

The TV star’s huge chandelier in the background didn’t go unnoticed either, as Coleen showed off her tanned and toned legs for the picture.

Captioning the stunning photo, she posted on her social media: “Love that these shoes appeared at an amazing party last week…I wore them to Wayne’s 18th birthday!!! #vintageheels.’

Her social media comes as she and Rebekah Vardy await one last dramatic High Court showdown over who will foot the multi-million pound bill for their costly “Wagatha Christie” libel fight.

Sources close to Coleen – who won the case last month – told The Mail on Sunday she will fight to get Rebekah to pay the full amount, which is estimated at up to £3million.

Usually, a winning party still has to bear about 30 percent of the costs.

However, Coleen’s team claims the judge’s scathing ruling that Becky sold stories about her to The Sun newspaper meant it was “inconceivable” that she would not be forced to pay the full amount.

Ms Justice Steyn ruled Becky, 40, and her agent Caroline Watt were leaking stories about Coleen, wife of ex-England skipper Wayne.

Rebekah is suing her former girlfriend for defamation over a now-famous social media post in which Coleen described how she set up a “sting operation” by posting fake stories to select followers on her private Instagram account to uncover who had leaked stories about her to The Sun.

The October 2019 “big reveal” post ended, “It’s … Rebekah Vardy’s account.”

After Rebekah took legal action, Coleen, 36, offered her a “drop your hands” offer, meaning they would both walk away and pay their own costs. She also suggested making a donation to charity.

But Rebekah refused, leading to a costly lawsuit. Now that she’s won, Coleen wants her rival to pay.

A source close to Coleen said: “Coleen didn’t want that to happen. She knew the money would be better spent on so many other things, but she wasn’t going to let Rebekah get away with not paying the full cost.

“She tried to work that out early, but Rebekah didn’t want it. And if you look at the structure of the ruling, it’s inconceivable that a judge would not agree that she will pay her in full. Let’s not forget, this lawsuit was filed by Rebekah and she lost spectacularly.

During a preliminary hearing in March last year, the cost was estimated at £1.3million.

Now, following the High Court’s two-week hearing in the case, reports have claimed the total could be as much as £3million.

Rebekah’s solicitor, Hugh Tomlinson QC, is reportedly asking for £10,000 a day, while his counterpart, David Sherborne, is asking around £8,000.

There is speculation that Rebekah and her husband, Leicester City striker Jamie, will have to sell their Portuguese mansion to pay for court costs.
