Alexandra Marsodaughter of Claudia Marzo and Betty Faria, was very touched to see the image of their father inserted as the leader of the spirit entourage in the Pantanal chapter of Saturday 13 August. The actress, writer and singer shared with her followers the reaction to the scene honoring the actor who played José Leôncio eo Velho do Rio in the first version of the soap opera and who died in 2015.
“My ❤️ nearly exploded with emotion! Thanks to the whole ‘Pantanal’ team. Congratulations Osmar Prado, Marcos Palmeira, Dira Paes, Andrea Kelly and Rogério Papinha,” Alexandra wrote.

Cláudio Marzo Appears in the Ghost Entourage of “Pantanal”
A group of ghosts passed by José Leôncio’s (Marcos Palmeira) farm and kept the cattle king awake at night. Outside, Velho do Rio (Osmar Prado) greeted the visitors. Claudia Marzo was the leader of the group in a tribute to the first version of the novel.
