Claim on FPF: 11 clubs apply for a compensation agreement with GolPerú, plan 1190 and disclose their grievances

Led by Sporting Cristal, the teams made some demands on the FPF to find a solution to the television rights issue.

The television rights mess just added a new chapter. On this occasion 11 clubs performed Sporting Crystal and Sport Boys sent a statement demanding some points Peruvian Football Federation (FPF). Likewise, they requested, as soon as possible, a “status report on the various existing lawsuits and/or legal proceedings, both those promoted by the FPF itself and those which would have been instituted against it by reference to the statutes and registration of the same in the public records and the impact that these processes and actions could have”.

As part of the requirements for the FPF, they also requested that the highest authority of Peruvian football carry out a “detailed presentation of the decentralized and collective model affecting the main conditions of the signed contract, its feasibility, sustainability and long-term viability; exhibition to which the 5 clubs that did not participate should be invited”.

Finally, they stressed that the 11 clubs will continue to meet with the aim of finding solutions and took the opportunity to ask the FPF to “ensure compliance with League 1 regulations and current sporting regulations, preventing any behavior.” and correct what violates them. “.
