The longtime couple, who will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary in May, were captured arriving at celebrity hotspot Nobu, which boasts incredible sea views.
Crawford, 56, exuded elegance as she slipped into a black floor-length dress for her late-night outing with the hunky businessman, 60.
The catwalk queen, 56, strutted her stuff in knee-high stiletto boots with a black leather jacket hanging from her shoulders.
