It’s impossible to talk about action movies without mentioning the name of Chuck Norris. The actor, film producer and martial artist became known, among other things, through his leading roles in classics such as Braddock, McQuade, the Lone Wolf, Commando Delta and Eye for an Eye.
Norris was born in Oklahoma, USA, the son of a mechanic and has English, Scottish, German and Welsh ancestry. In his childhood, he didn’t attract so much attention, was considered a shy young man, not very athletic and did not do well at school.
In 1958 he enlisted in the United States Air Force and was sent to Osan Air Base in South Korea. There he was nicknamed “Chuck” and began his training in Tang Soo Do.
He made his film debut in the 1969 film The Wrecking Crew. After the death of his brother on a mission to Vietnam, Norris began dedicating his films to him. After meeting Bruce Lee, the actor had the opportunity to appear in several films alongside him, thus furthering his career.
Chuck has five children named Mike Norris, Dakota Alan Norris, Danilee Kelly Norris, Dina Norris and Eric Norris. In a posting on his official Instagram profile, he appeared alongside his wife Gena O’Kelley.

In addition to his film career, Norris also stands out as a successful businessman. On this occasion, he celebrated the success of his bottling plant, which is already present in more than 14 states in the USA.
