Cuban reggaeton player Yosvanis Arismín Sierra Hernández, better known as Chocolate MC, was arrested in Tampa on February 17. Just today, the so-called “King of Cast” is 32 years old.
The arrest report clarifies that he is at the TGK Correctional Center in Miami Dade.
Records of the arrest, posted to Instagram by Cuban influencer Michelito Dando Chucho, show two counts of traffic violations, one for driving with a canceled, suspended or revoked license and another for fleeing police.

In early October 2022, the reggaeton player was arrested in Tampa’s Hillsborough County, according to local police public records.
The report revealed that just four days after celebrating his big wedding in Miami with then-partner “La Menor,” the Cuban musician has been charged with five charges, three of them for violating his probation.
The “king of the deal” was on probation for a 2017 case imposed by another of his former partners, Cinthia Cortés, who tried him in Monroe County for “domestic violence involving strangulation, kidnapping, assault and creating a… disability” accused.
Choco recently reported on his networks that after more than five years of waiting, he was acquitted of domestic violence and kidnapping charges brought by his ex-partner in 2017.
At the beginning of January, the singer had already achieved a positive hearing in the court in Plantation Key, in Monroe County, also in Florida.
