“Me and Meave got up at 6am and took a dip in the North Sea, I can tell you it was freezing cold but the benefits of that are certainly true!
“I feel great, my sanity feels great and I’m ready to have the best Saturday ever ❤️”.
She opted for a black sports bra and a pair of little black shorts, showing off Chloe’s toned and toned physique.

Chloe and her friend Maeve posed for a snap while it was still dark outside, looking excited at what they had just achieved.
The reality star forgoed makeup for the occasion, instead letting the sea air soak into her skin.
Chloe took to her Instagram Stories first thing on Saturday morning, walking along the beach ahead of her oceanfront cardio session.
She said, “Here at Maeve’s, I can’t even see her because it’s so dark.
“We’ll do some cardio on the beach and then we’ll go in the sea.”

They held hands in moral support but made a commitment to what they had previously planned to do, an early morning swim in the sea.

Chloe’s productive Saturday comes after she hit back at critics after posting a racy pole dancing video to Instagram on Thursday.
“It’s a sad world we live in, you should be ashamed of yourself!” It comes after Chloe hit back at trolls this week over her racy pole dancing video, saying: “Women are supposed to empower each other.”
The TV personality said she was “shocked” by some of the comments and said trolls “should be ashamed”.
Chloe added that women should support women and empower each other.
“Wow, reading some of my comments on my latest video this morning is really shocking,” her post began.
“I thought women should empower each other, not pull each other down. It’s such a sad, sad world that we live in that people are okay with that. Not once have I said I’m a professional dancer!’

While the troll comments have apparently been deleted, Chloe received some messages of support from her followers.
“Ignore the trolls. You have nothing better to do,” wrote one follower.
Another added: “Hate the haters baby and you. Nothing better to do than troll it’s gross.”
