CAIRO, Jan. 16 (Xinhua) — China stands ready to strengthen communication and coordination with Arab countries to implement the results of the first China-Arab Summit, the Chinese foreign minister said in the Egyptian capital on Sunday. Qinggang.

Three major final documents were issued, namely the Riyadh Declaration of the First China-Arab States Summit, the Draft China-Arab States Comprehensive Cooperation Plan and the Document on Deepening the Sino-Arab Strategic Partnership for Peace and Development, he said Qin, adding that both sides also agree to make every effort to build a Sino-Arab community with a common future in the new era.
Going forward, China stands ready to strengthen communication and coordination with Arab countries to implement the summit’s findings, Qin said.
First, China and Arab countries should jointly promote the spirit of bilateral friendship, characterized by “solidarity and mutual support, equality and mutual benefit, and inclusivity and mutual learning.” Both sides should uphold independence, focus on economic development, maintain regional peace, and strengthen intercivilizational exchanges to make solid progress in building a Sino-Arab community with a shared future and building a community with a shared future for to contribute to humanity, he said the Chinese foreign minister.
Second, both parties must work together to implement the spirit of the Riyadh Declaration. The declaration emphasizes upholding the international order and multilateralism based on international law, promoting the common values of peace, development, justice, democracy and freedom of all mankind, resisting the politicization and instrumentalization of human rights and interference in internal affairs affairs of other countries, defending the concept of common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security, strengthening efforts against terrorism and resistance to “double standards” in the fight against terrorism, strengthening dialogue between civilizations, preserving diversity of civilizations and the rejection of the “clash of civilizations” theory, he said.
Qin added that both sides should work together to uphold the above spirit, uphold international fairness and justice, and uphold the common interests of developing countries.
Third, both sides must work together to achieve more practical results of cooperation. The outline of the comprehensive cooperation plan between the Sino-Arab countries includes 182 cooperation measures in 18 areas, including politics, trade and economy, investment and finance. The eight major cooperation initiatives for Sino-Arab practical cooperation proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping include 56 cooperation actions in eight areas, including development assistance, food security, public health, green innovation, energy security, dialogue between civilizations, youth development and security and stability, which will meet development needs and interests of the Arab side, Qin said.
China will set up an effective working mechanism with Arab countries to implement the above cooperation measures one by one, speed up development-ready cooperation projects and strive for earlier harvests, Qin said.
