All about Villa Ferragnez on Lake Como: park, swimming pool and spa
According to Chi, the couple have already completed the purchase of the land overlooking the east shore of the lake in Pognana Lario. It is a huge property: 900 square meters on two floors and a basement, park with swimming pool and spa. In addition to the acquisition costs, the couple would also bear the renovation costs.
