George and Amal Clooney’s legendary Oleandra mansion is practically across the street, but if it’s true that Chiara Ferragni and Fedez hired the Hollywood star’s trusted motorboat driver, it might just as well be that the two families become friends on the lake. Yes, because the Ferragnez would have bought a house directly on Lake Como: a mega-villa of 900 square meters on three floors (one of them underground) with a park, swimming pool and spa, worth around 5 million euros.
According to reports from the weekly Chi, the couple have already completed the purchase of the residence overlooking the east shore of the lake and the renovation work has been entrusted to the architect Filippo Fiora, a friend of Ferragni. In the photos, published exclusively by Alfonso Signorini’s weekly magazine, the Ferragnezes (including their children Leone and Vittoria) can be seen on a recent tour of the villa, accompanied by the designer and other advisors.
