The Supreme Court authorizes the exercise of a class action lawsuit against General Motors alleging latent defects, safety deficiencies and omission of important facts relating to Chevrolet Bolt vehicles.
The Bolt EV 2017 to 2022 and Bolt EUV 2022 models are affected.
Last summer, GM launched a major global recall of its electric Bolt after cars caught fire while being charged to maximum capacity.
