The 61-year-old TV presenter, who is currently staying at the exclusive Juice Master retreat, took to her Instagram to share the results of her hard work over the past seven days.
Taking to her Instagram account on Wednesday, the former Countdown star told her followers how she was “loving” her time at the resort – but she was struggling to cope with the heat.

“Week 2 here at @juicemasterretreats @jasonvale… the vibes are on now… love it,” Carol began in the caption of her social media post.
“It’s so hot in here, but… I guess it’s like home. Almost 40C everyday which is way too hot for me BUT it’s all good and will cool down in a few days.
“I spent most of my time doing yoga, fitness, swimming and paddling and chilling.
