Calvin Harris is said to have spent a whopping £1million on his fiancee Vick Hope’s engagement ring.
It emerged the DJ, 38, and TV and radio presenter Vick, 32, were engaged in May this year after a whirlwind five-month romance.
However, the couple are said to be planning a low-key ceremony for their big day, and an insider told The Sun: “While it’s a stunning ring and extremely expensive, the couple doesn’t want a flashy or expensive wedding.

“The extravagance of the skirt will dwarf how much they’ll spend on the big day itself, as they want to keep it low-key and simple with only a core of close friends and family.
“Anyway, money isn’t really an issue for Calvin, who has made millions creating hit dance tracks over the last 15 years.”
Vick was spotted wearing her diamond engagement ring at the Chelsea Flower Show in May after Calvin popped the question under a tree on his Ibiza farm, Terra Masia.

A source told Web at the time: “Calvin and Vick’s relationship has been changing fast but they have a crush on each other.
“They couldn’t be happier and are already planning their wedding to take place in Ibiza, where they became close during Vick’s clandestine visits to the White Isle.
“Having kept their relationship private, they decided to go public at the Chelsea Flower Show on Monday. They want everyone to know their good news now.”
In April, Vick shared a photo of a tree on Calvin’s 138-acre farm, Terra Masia.
Calvin had previously posted the same tree he later proposed to Vick on his own Instagram account.
Vick also teased a picture of the pair on Ibiza beach by posting a picture of their feet next to the foot of a man believed to be Calvin’s foot.
Calvin has liked every single one of Vick’s Instagram pics since January, when he showed his admiration for her bikini photos taken in Mexico.

Vick’s romance with Calvin hasn’t escaped the notice of her Radio 1 co-star Jordan North, 32, who regularly teases her about their closeness live on her show.
Calvin first followed former Strictly star Vick a decade ago, appearing in the BBC series in 2018.
She revealed during her stint as co-host of the Capital FM Breakfast Show in 2018 that Calvin had asked her out when she was 19, but she declined because she was unimpressed by his looks.
Since his A-list makeover, which even led to a lingerie shoot for Emporio Armani, she’s admitted to regretting the decision, likening his new look to an “Adonis.”

Vick replied: “He looked like he used to look, I was superficial, I was 19 and I said no and went with either Scouting for Girls or The Wombats I don’t know what, I thought they were going bigger be, but no, it turned out that Calvin Harris would turn into an Adonis.
Calvin reportedly split from model girlfriend Aarika Wolf in March, while Vick has been publicly single since splitting from boyfriend of four years, Tom Rosenthal.
The multi-millionaire DJ previously dated pop stars Rita Ora, 31, Taylor Swift, 32, and Ellie Goulding, 35.
After selling his two multi-million dollar mansions in Los Angeles two years ago, Calvin bought a 138-acre farm called Terra Masia in Ibiza, where he now resides.
