Calm down, Netflix: Streaming comes with everything, announcing 49 movies for 2023

The Netflix streaming platform has released a release through its Instagram showing some of the highlights of original films that will hit streaming, as well as their release dates. There will be 49 in total, but only a few have already won a date. Cash!

Netflix Releases: Certain People (January 27)

Ezra Cohen (Jonah Hill) and Amira Mohammed (Lauren London) create an emotional bond in their lives and become a couple. Now they are going through the biggest difficulty of the relationship: meeting each other’s parents. Ezra’s parents are played by Julia LouisDreyfus and David Duchovny. As for Amira, by Eddie Murphy and Nia Long.

Luther: Nightfall (March 10)

It is a continuation of the Luther series (20102019). Luther is a brilliant detective tasked with catching a serial killer circling London. Mysterious, the film runs 2h8min. Cast: Idris Elba, Cynthia Erivo, Andy Serkis and Dermot Crowley.

Mystery in Paris (March 31)

Nick, played by Adam Sandler, and Audrey Spitz, played by Jennifer Aniston, become fulltime detectives. However, a friend of the two is kidnapped at his own wedding. Your mission now focuses on an international kidnapping case.

The Mother (May 12)

Another Netflix release is this film in which actress Jennifer Lopez plays a murderess who is constantly on the run. Four years later, she returns to her children and promises to protect them. Cast: Joseph Fiennes, Omari Hardwick, Gael García Bernal, Paul Raci and Lucy Paez.

Rescue 2 (June 16)

Chris Hemsworth plays Tyler Rake in Extraction 2. Now your mission is to save a criminal’s family. Golshifteh Farahani returns as Nik Khan, character from the first film. Other notable cast members include Adam Bessa, Olga Kurylenko, Daniel Bernhardt and Tinatin Dalakishvili.

Heart of Stone (11 August)

In this spy thriller, Rachel Stone (Gal Gadot) is a secret agent and the only person who can stand between a powerful global organization seeking peace and the possible loss of that institution’s most valuable (and dangerous) resource, to Synopsis. Cast: Gal Gadot, Jamie Dornan, Alia Bhatt, Sophie Okonedo, Matthias Schweighöfer, Jing Lusi, Paul Ready.

Netflix Releases: Damsel (October 13)

Miley Bobby Brown plays a girl who has agreed to marry a prince. Little did she know, however, that the royal family intended to make her sacrifices to pay off a debt. Trapped in a dragon’s cave, the maiden must flee. Cast: Millie Bobby Brown, Nick Robinson, Angela Bassett, Robin Wright, Rayy Winstone, Brooke Carter and Shohreh Aghdashloo.

A Family Affair (November 17)

This romantic comedy stars Nicole Kidman, Zac Efron and Joey King. “The novel triggers comic consequences for a young woman, her mother and her movie star boss,” reads an abstract of the work published yesterday in English. Joey King plays the young woman, the mother is Nicole Kidman and the movie star’s boss is Zac Efron.

Leave the world behind (December 8)

It will be a psychological thriller based on a 2020 novel of the same name by Rumaan Alam. Mahershala Ali and Julia Roberts are the big stars of the film.
